ARP Head Torque Spec

I lost the instructions to the ARP head bolts and arp-bolts.com doesn't list it for the rb25det. Can someone post the instructions with torque specs please.

per instruction: torque 70-ft/lb if uses ARP Moly lub. 85-ft/lb if uses 30w motor oil.
