So. Phase2 is selling ARP ex. mani studs for the sr20.

They seem to be the only sr company selling these studs.

They are charging more than any other set of ARP ex. studs on the web.

The studs are not listed on the ARP catalog.

I suspect they are using a crossover, does anyone have any ideas on how to figure out what part applies?

(yea yea stronger studs seem kinda worthless at first, but before you flame read my post about the cracked manifold and broken stud.)

Pull out exhaust stud, measure lengths, thickness, and pitch.

Call ARP.

just take a manifold nut to a hardware store and try fitting some different sized nuts on the stud. Bam got the size and pitch. Just measure a stud for its length from there and bam got it all.

i replaced 5 of them when i put on my megan racing manifold. but i used the stock manifold studs that i got from superior nissan. i think they were like 5 bucks a pop. anyways, yeah when i got the motor, the one furthest back was snapped in half, i hope motor mounts will keep the motor from moving too much and prevent that from happening again.

I've had the stainless ARP studs in my car for a year now, no problems besides the install... if you're using a tubular style manifold (SSAC or MR) you won't be able to use all of the studs, mine were a bit longer than the stock studs for some reason, so the two tough to reach nut/stud on the top by #3/2 exhaust ports I had to keep the stock studs in there. Just a heads up...
