ARP exhaust mani studs

Anyone know either where I can get some ARP exhaust mani studs for the RB25 or what the part number is? I know that phase2 has them but I flat out refuse to pay $250 for them. That's ludicrous! Thanks.

I don't think ARP makes exhaust manifold studs for the RB25 normally. I think Phase 2 had a few sets custom fabricated by ARP and that's why they are a boat-load of money to buy. I just went to the local fastener store here and bought 12 new, stud-grade studs for $20. They're about 1-1.5 threads shorter than the originals on the nut side, but it shouldn't make much difference except in my wallet .

Someone should measure the length and thread pitch of the RB's exhaust mani studs and personally call ARP. I'd be willing to bet they have something that matches near perfectly if not a little longer.

I'm sure thats what phase2 did and sold them for so much cause no one else had them. I don't think ARP would not specifically make just a few sets for phase2 because of the R&D involved to make a whole new stud.

The studs are 50 mm long and have a pitch of 1.25.

ha it just so happened that i had one in my car at work here because I brought it to compare to studs at the store yesterday. dumb luck!

Someone posted a link to a place to order exhaust mani studs from. They were ARP but I think he said they were better than stock. Jon posted it, might beable to get more info on Racebread since he dosen't come on here anymore.
