I had an accident and received the car back from the body shop and noticed I now have a red x inside a box showing up when the camera is activated. Both directly in front on the car and rear. All other lines are showing fine. Any idea? The grill had to be replaced along with front bumper.

I tried to enter the diagnostics mode - nothing there for the camera. I tried to enter the detailed diagnostics but it's not working. I'm using the Setting button with volume turning method. Any insights?
Seems it may be a calibration issue.

Do you remember how the dealer fix the problem? I have the same issue, recently got my QX60 back from the body shop and a red x is appearing on the screen?

Did you guys find the cause? My JX also has the red X now after return from body shop.

Sorry for being off topic. But does anyone know if a base jx35 has rear sensors? Does it beep when backing up?
