army friend needs help in GERMANY

my boy has a 95 skyline here in germany. his alignment was off and he wasnt used to the right hand drive, was goin around a tight corner a bit too fast i guess, 30mph ish, blew the tire and ****ed up the front part of his bodykit, and the intercooler. he probably has a connection already, but us army folk stick together. just lookin for some guestimates. i will post a pic soon. (by the way, he only is co-owner, the other half was paid for by a sponser)any websites or info would be nice...thanks

did he buy a turbo from a guy in Japan? I might hsve dealt with this guy.
