Armada SE or Pathfinder LE??

Deciding between a 2010 Armada SE (no options) or a 2010 Pathfinder LE w. NAV. Not needing to tow anything. Getting tired of my Altima and looking for a SUV again after I replaced the Sequioa. Any thoughts??

Armada uses more fuel, but can carry 7 passengers and look better on 24"s then the pathy

Pathfinder, fully loaded costs the same, uses less fuel can carry same amount of passengers, they just have to be young thin models, and is probably cheaper on insurance. Its also easier to park.

In the end, you will save money with the Pathy, but look more baller in the Armada. What are your wants and needs for an SUV? if your not towing, or hauling tons of people/stuff the Pathy is the winner.

Armada Hands down. Looks 100x better but downside is it eats more gas.

My brother has an armada, I have an QX4. I have to admit that things a bus. I do want the QX56 but I ride the Metro to work everyday. Like everyone said you have to decide what's best for you when you look at gas, space, parking, driving.

My brother went to get a pathfinder but decided at the dealer that for the extra 5K or so he might as well get the Armada. He's happy, I was too when we put 4 adults, 2 car seats w/ kids and still had room for two strollers.

I have a 10 mile drive to work so gas consumption won't be that much of a deal. Both are similarly priced...Armada SE is around 34-35k whereas the Path is around 37k. I know if I get a Path, I will regret it because of the extra space that I don't really need now (kids are age 4 and 6), but I like the bigger size coming from a 04 Sequoia. But if I decide on the Armada, I know when or if gas goes up to $3.00+, I will regret filiing up the gas tank! Decisions, decisions!!!

I love the Pathys (had a 01 Le since new), but honestlty if you want a big tank get a Land Cruiser, it's superior to both them in every way. I bought a new LE 06 and frankly i was utterly disappointed with it and it got sold shortly after, and the Armada is the same story. Maybe if you want something smaller than the Armada, but more luxurious than the Pathfinder a Range Rover sport might be good. Buuuuut... if you must have a armada or pathfinder, since you are not going to tow anything i would go with the Pathfinder LE, smaller and easier to drive, and with the V8 will haul more a** than the heavy armada.

What about reliability? Armada is rated very low...Reliability is always my #1 consideration. It seems many people either don't care or forget to check that out.
