Arm Assembly in my top snapped!!!! Need Help...

My top was working perfectly and then one of the arms that pivot the top up snapped luckly the top was up so I can still use it but summers short where I'm at and I want to put the top down so I need a parts list so I know what I'm asking for and I need to know where to begin looking??? My other possibility is welding I saw that someone welded a bracket but this snapped clean off right around the hole and the break looks like cheap pot metal so if possible would like to replace thanks.

can you get us some pics to see what exactly you're dealing with? I think you're talking about the rivet that keeps the second bow tethered to the side arms.

if you're proficient at welding, you can try to wled that back on, but i think it would be best to try and find a replacement piece.

I inherited a vert from my 82 year old mother. Recently I started looking for parts for the car. I need a new rubber seal for the front of the top. Maybe you can help. I have access to two 240 vert's at local bone yards where I am sure the part is available. Let me know and I'll call up and get a price.
