ok so heres the deal, its raining and being the geneuis that i am i dont have my all season tires on, so i go into a down hill turn at like 50km an hour and all of a sudden my car fish tails spins outta control and lands on the side walk now the only damage that i can see is to the lower control arm and part of the rear suspension cross member (mainly the part where they connect has some of it bent upwards now i was going to redo my suspension but wasnt expecting to have to do it right this second now it looks like no other option, my question is should i replace the entire cross member along with the lower control arm or should i just replace the lower control arm by itself??? the only damage that i can see is to the control arm its bent up in an "A" what should i watch out for what do you suggest please help as this is my daily driver as well as my special ride.????????and yes i know it was stupid to be driving in the rain without all season tires.

I think its gonna be a lot better to replace the whole cross member, just because its gonna be an even wear on it. And your not gonna have to replace it later on, lol, thats if you dont crash again.
