So as the title says, my car is being a little B**** . I was planning on going to the car meet tonight(saturday) in vero beach w/ florida240sx , s14marksr and a handful of others. Then on friday, my starter dies. So i push started my car all day Then i go pick up my starter from car quest. The install goes great on friday night. Then, it still wont start. So i begin to trouble shoot. I leave it and go to bed. I then get up saturday morning and try again to find out whats going on. I thought i would try the starter relay. I borrowed my dad's s-10 and ran down to nissan and pick one up. Then i had to go mow lawns all day. So i get back around 6:30 PM and stick the new relay in, and bam, she fires right up. I called florida 240sx and said i would be on my way. Then I lower my car, put all tools away and go to back it out of the garage, take my shower, and leave; and it won't start again Turns out my clutch inhibitor relay went out. Now that just pissed me off that i missed the meet. O well there will be others...... Just had to vent.........

danm dude easy does it.... think we can get a winch tied to your car or mine so we can get my car out of the grass? lol LISTEN UP YALL I HAVE A STORY TO TELL YOU .....

last friday i was home alone so i decided to put soapy water on the garage floor.. you know the ever so temting smooth garage floor. I made it nice and slippery ... pulled the front half of my 5 spd corolla and just DUMPED THE CLUTCH .... 1ST 2ND AND THIRD GEAR then i let off... MMM SCOTT GREAT IDEA. backed my car out to find 2 huge black dirt marks ... so i back my car out of my garage and rolled on a tiny grass hill tryed to clean the garage which i did luckly... but here comes the funny part, (we have a really nice lawn) when i got back in my car and tried to go forward on the little 2 and a half foot hill all of the sudden my tires kept getting loose ohhh ****. so it ended up tearing up my nice grass ... me getting yelled at and best of all somthing for me and all of my friends to laugh about...

p.s. thanks to grilledcheese33 i got off of my lawn.. LOL

Ya, i know, i just wanted to slap myself. Im putting the factory one back on, and taking the new starter back. I have an everstart battery, so I think i will invest in an optima battery Thats the reason my starter always sounded slow. I jumped the gun and could have fixed it for free. Just had to clean and tighten some loose connections

Nope, i think she likes it, but don't worry geo, its coming off soon. I think im ready for the hawt factory look again

all in all, there was just a few corroded connections at the relays, so problem solved and im gonna return everything!

So my car is alive again..... what a relief..... off to put the factory starter back on..
