I'm putting in the motor and I need to know if I'm suppose to use the Stock KA lower harness (starter, alternator, etc.) or am I suppose to switch over to the CA lower harness as well? Please don't tell me to do search, since the move it hasn't been working right.

I THINK (it's been a year since I did it) I used the CA one. I think it depends if you have a KA-E or DE motor. The KA-E doesn't have a knock sensor so I don't think you'll have a plug for it if you don't use the CA stuff. And the more I think about it, the more I think I used the CA lower harness....
