This is 1:1 scale template. DO NOT use below image. Open up the PDF, print, cut and use it.

Here's the detail.

I spent a long time to come up with this template, so I can say it's VERY accurate. X-Acto knife will work great. You can use Dremel, but it'll make a mess under the dash. It doesn't have to be perfect since edge will be covered by HUD trim cover. Good luck!!

Disclaimer: It's not my fault if you mess up your dash.

What do you mean by "outer"? This is OEM mounting hole.

It looks like this when you cut it without the template, but it's still okay since the trim will cover it nicely.

j240sxxx was the first person to cut his dash using my template and it worked out just fine. Like I said, trim will cover the area nicely.

This is awesome. Could you please reupload the template? The link doesn't seem to work. Thanks

use a sharp razor or exacto blade, do not cut sharp or go too far into the corners of the cut, or your dash will create cracks. Take your time with it...the photos in the thread show the way of how not to do it,....
