been looking into this for a while now...and im doin my lights...and even though they are the least expensive things im seeing the xentecs seem to bee the optimal choice...esp with theslim ballast...the only other option i am loking at is the mucullochs...but they are much more $$ which doesnt bug me...not working right or problematic...that bugs me...here my question to you hid converts...

1. where did u get ur xentecs?

2. what if any issues...including auto on issues are you getting

3. if $$ arent a super issue...would you get something else... ie 100 xentecs that are problematic is not a saving over 250 ones (other brand) that arent problematic...

thanks guys...

There's OEM quality like mucullochs, pro-lumim, the german kits ect, then there are the lower end kits (ebay) for the price difference Xentec kits are worth the money.IMO

Let me get this right.

If I buy these Xenon Slims http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...74104

I need to purchase the H11 bulbs right?

Also where can I find the installation instructions, I found the one on the Nicoclub tech page but for some reason the pictures aren't showing up?

Xentec for the win... im a big amazon believer, but not when they charge more $$... a lot of the people who got other kits, did it because xentec wasnt available for a little while (they were going from reg ballast to digital slim ballast) i have the old ones... Never had one issue... i got them for 85 delivered on ebay.. remember use the AMEX to get the 1 yr xtra warranty.. and Amex stands behind it!

Yeah my coworkers here swear by AMEX as being the ish. I'm 28 and don't even own a credit card. I'm on a mission to keep my credit great.

The seller i got them from doesnt sell them anymore... its all the same thoug GRY... hes probably just using a different name...

Papawu... You arent protecting your great credit by not having a credit card, you are crippiling yourself from establishing credit! I got my first card when i was 18 with 15k income... and when i was 21 straight out of college, with a salary of 21k (it was a commission job) i had a Amex credit line of $45k that i used to earn myself 5k on black friday...

Credit cards are crutial to establishing credit, if you dont screw yourself... Papawu.... i also got my girlfriend a Louis Vuitton bag with credit card points... and probably around $1500 more in freebies over the past 5 yrs in points...

Also, using a debit card provides you no protection... if i didnt have a creditcard, i wouldnt even CONSIDER buying stuff on ebay...

email me if you want more info or start a thread and ill rant on about credit..

Sorry for the threadjacking.... Amex+Xentec=Sexytime!
