ok... i made a video to help u actually hear what is going on... i have a rattle somewhere... and ARG it wont go away! its a loud mofo too.

for some reason it only occurs at 3700rpm ???!?!?!

All i have done so far to try and remedy it is remove the cat heat shield, but it didnt help. is it possible for the heatshield on the header to be vibrating? or is it an exhaust pipe? or something else?? please help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

CLINK CLINK CLINK CLINK

Staying in first gear and rolling by ppl in my school parking lot annoying them to death with the buzzing (its REAL loud) is very satisfying after u see the look on their faces and when they have to cover their ears, HAHAHAH! Unfortunately 95% of the time i dont want it to buzz and it does when im shifting through the gears, and i hate it.

:help:

Do you know exactly what area it's coming from? I was getting annoying metal rattle like that too, and i removed all heatsheilds off the downpipe of my exhaust (between the cat and the manifold) Keep some PB Blaster handy if your bolts are rusted. Most of the bolts i took out broke in half from that. Good luck

well so far i only took the heat shield off the cat, i only have 1, out of the 4 bolts on that i only managed to get one out without breaking...

I know theres one on the header, any other places they are located? is it possible that the pipe itself is doin that?

yea... take off the header heat shield and also move the exhaust pipe around to see if it comes in contact with anything. Mine did the samething and I found out that my pipe went too far to one side and was barely touching side.
