is TigerJapanese.com legit because they have motors for really cheap so has any one bought from them?

Yes great guys! Check my post in the "Where'd you get it thread." There were a few kinks in the transaction, but they worked hard to correct everything and make sure I was completely satisfied. Also extremely fast shipping. +1 for tiger japanese.
