Are these knock-off wheels?

I was thinking buying these for my Rogue, but I'm suprised at how inexpensive they are. It was suggested that they may be knock-offs? Any thoughts in this regard?

Most likely they are OEM take-offs and this is just a place that gets rid of that kind of stuff.
