I'm assuming that these are weights for balance or something? They are just little metal pins. I bought a used Fidanza flywheel and it only has 2 of the pins. Below is a picture of a KA flywheel And it has three of those pin things, and I don't believe they are removable (not my picture by the way, my flywheel is still in my car). Then there is my fidanza and you can see there are holes. So where can I get one of these if it is that important to have all three?

yes they are removable. you take them out when surfacing the flywheel. the fidenza comes with them in a bag and comes with locktite to secure them. if you dont get the pressure plate in the correct spot it may be really far out of balance... not too sure

You think the ones from the OEM will fit into the Fidanza one?

well if i remember right the oem ones are the same size from top to bottom, and the fidanza ones taper down. i bet you could call fidanza and get a new set for a few pennies. thats what i would try and do.

well it sounds like you got lucky. They align the pressure plate. I'm pretty sure they aren't perfectly spread out and the pressure plate only goes on one way. I would not recommend putting it together without those, for how cheap they would be to make/buy it's just not worth putting it all together to have it vibrate like hell. At least that's how I veiw it....
