I was wondering if these bulbs were street legal and ok to replace the stock bulbs without replacing the harness or wires?

NO! The low beam is the correct wattage but the 100 watt high beam will melt your wiring harness and possibly the headlight itself leading to expensive damages that Nissan will not cover. Not to mention, the low beam will be whiter but it won't be brighter because the coating reduces lumens. Half of the info in their product description is false.

That information posted on the ebay product is false information. It's only coated a different color to imitate a blue color temp.

Because it is ebay, and most of ebay sucks.
