Are these DRLs?

I recently aquired this vehicle and there appears to be what looks like small bulbs around the front headlight.
Could anyone please tell me if they are DRLs or what they are.
Please see link below for a photograph of said light.

I`m sorry I don`t know what "trim level".
I have a 2011 G37 convertible......Is that what you need to know
