ARE THERE WHITE L.E.D BULBS FOR A 2003 NISSAN ALTIMA 2.5S

Hey fellas I am new to this site and accidently found it by looking for LED License Plate bulbs on Google. I am trying to get the look that the 07 Lexus models have. Its almost a xenon looking light showcasing the tag.....Any ideas where to find "bulbs" or is it a fixture i'd have to get for this effect for my "03 Altima 2.5s :

Also looking for 2004-2006 Nissan Maxima SE rims for my Alti....
