I'm interested in buying some headers. I live in california though so are there any that pass smog? I know none of the generic eBay ones pass smog, but what about brands like obx, stillen, and top speed? I've seen them on some cars on cl that claim to pass smog.
thanks

They are all the same. I pass wa. Emissions just fine with my headers. Only thing you would need to worry about there is the visual.

It's not about the headers, it's about the fact that most guys with headers also have no cats and AIV and larger exhaust, which is what causes the emissions to run outside of stock and therefore fail testing. If your engine is running correctly and all sensors working and run headers, and return the rest of your exhaust system to stock before testing you will pass.
