are ther any strut springs that will give me more clearance

ok here is the situation i have 20 inch rims and the stock spring hangs right over my tire and is ther a way or springs that will give me more clearance than the stock ones because thers only about 1inch of space between the tire and the actual spring although nothing rubs at all i want more space for bigger rims and tires....even if its not your style but you know how to go about it feel free to let me know thanks and if ther are springs that will give me clearance and is the spring and strut all one peice...
