OEM navigation systems tend to be very specific in form and function, and come up very short in features. It's going to take a lot of time and heartache to get them installed for arguably minimal benefits. Even if you go the route of installing the long-outdated navigation system that the QX4s originally came with, you'll still have quite a headache getting it installed since they also integrate with the climate control which requires a handful of rewiring.
You can give this thread a read to get an idea of what all is entailed. It's people trying to get rid of the stock navigation, but it's relevant:

If you find another more recent navigation system from another Nissan/Infiniti that physically fits in the dashboard, you'll still have to go tracking down the wiring diagrams for it and figure out how they integrate with your vehicle. It may not even be possible if different voltages are used for signalling.
I would
highly recommend buying an aftermarket navigation system; either a head unit from Pioneer or something, or a handheld/windshield GPS unit like Garmin. It'll be much cheaper in the end, the features will be much more robust and the maps will be up to date (and can stay up to date).
