Does anybody know if these Nismo "coilovers" are the same as the Nismo s-tunes?

I haven't been tinkering with my car much the past few years, but I'm ready to get back in the game. And I'm starting with the worn out, death trap suspension. I want a matched spring and shock combo, and if these are the same parts as the old s-tunes I'm going with them for $700.

I don't think S-tunes are height adjustable like those.

Are these even really height adjustable? I not so sure thats even the right picture for those parts. I can't find any specs for these stupid things.

They're adjustable not by bottom bracket,
but by compressing/drooping the spring.
I think the s-tunes look like oem shocks/springs.
I can't remember.
