Hi friends,
I've got an '09 G37 sedan. At night with the headlights on, all five of the buttons on the rear view mirror are not illuminated and are therefore hard to see. Are these buttons supposed to light up?
(I've got the audio/nav display up pretty bright and the odometer display also is bright, in case it matters.)

They are not self illuminated. I think if it were, it would be a hindrance when using the rear view mirror.
You just have to get used to where the buttons are, and 'feel' your way through it.

Thanks for the replies. Not a big deal that the buttons don't light up. I guess I expected them to be illuminated because I've got an '04 Sienna and I think it's got some gentle lighting behind the garage door buttons.
My '09 G37 is new to me and I really like it. Purchased it from a Mercedes dealership who got it from a trade-in. Considering an extended Infiniti warranty and maybe a Weathertech trunk liner. Will try to get around to posting pics soon. Thanks again.
