Are the following problems still an issue on the 2010 EX

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I am interested in buying the EX

But after reading the forums I noticed some issues

Are the following issues still a problem for the 2010 EX...

leaky Sunroof

the noisy Fuel Pump

Whistling noise from driver side mirror

Do you recommend the EX?

Definitely no leaky sunroof, I am in the middle of a huge storm right now/rain + 50+mph winds and not a spec of water in my car. I believe fuel pump problems have been solved with updated parts(for 08-09 models but no problems for the '10), but still there is the driver side squeaking that you only hear if you going 60 mph+ and personally if I put my ear to the window or if I only roll it down. If enough complains arise, shouldn't be a too bad of a fix to get the squeak fixed. Overall its one of the best cars I have owned from a Mercedes ML, BMW 5-Series, Nissan Maxima (1999, 2005), 2007 Toyota Camry (Japan imported so no faulty pedal), and Lexus ES300. No major problems or issues, not rattling and the AWD is excellent in the snow over the Mercedes without a doubt.

Bought an 08 new. No issues with the items on your list. I would not be concerned.

The back seat space seems to be the biggest issue in the forum but I'm an empty nester and not needing them much. Male - 6'2" and plenty of space up front. Putting the back seats down I've been able to haul everything I need. I'm at 25K miles.

Really enjoy the interior and like the gagets. Nav and performance a plus too.

None of that is a problem on my 2010 model. Fuel pump noise problem has definitely been resolved on the factory level on 2010 models.

I personally think the car is an incredible value and experience for the money.
