Are the 19" wheels on a 2006 Q45 Sport the same as the 2006/2007 M35/M45 Sport?

I was on InfinitiHelp.com and I noticed that the 19" wheels on the 2006 Q45 Sport looked identical to the ones on the on the 2006/2007 M35/M45 Sport.Can anyone confirm that they are the exact same wheel?

It's the same design made by Enkei for Infiniti. The 2006 Q45 has an offset of +40mm while 2006/07 M35/M45 has an offset of +50mm.

I am thinking about these wheels on my 2005 q45. I am not familiar with how offset works. Could someone explain/link me to an explanation about offset?

Would the M35/M45 rims work on my Q?
