Are the 00, 01, 02, 03 fenders the same as the 97, 98, 99?

I have a 99 (not a 99.5), and I'm looking to fix some rust, thinking it might be cheaper to just get new fenders and paint them.. on ebay I see fenders that say 99-04, and I see ones that say 96-98. They all look the same.

Whats the deal?

They should have different corner light shapes, which would make them different. they probably have a genaric picture on their site to save time/money. be safe, and order the one specifically for your year.
