Are stock steel 5 lug Altima wheels compatible with my ford ranger?

I have a good deal on a set of four 5 lug altima steel wheels with tires, and I'm wondering if these wheels will fit on my ford ranger, which is also 5 lug. Please let me know if they fit OR of any resources I can use to find this out.

Won't work. The hub bore is larger on a Ford than a Nissan, so it won't fit against the rotor/drum.
