I have an 07 maxima se with 12600 miles and was purchased last July from the dealer. Yesterday I went to the dealer to have a noise checked and was told that both my shocks are broken. The charge is $580 to fix at the dealer so I went to my fathers job because I new I new I could get a better deal. when his boss call nissan parts to get a price on parts he was told that the shocks should be under warranty....is anyone familiar with this warranty or know if it exists?

I've had struts replaced under warranty without any problems at all.

3 year/36000 on that type of thing. threaten them with litigation. they'll wise up.
