are sedan rear axle parts compatable to coupe?

Yea i kno prolly a stupid question but my g slide into a curb and it cracked the hub on the rotor, the end of the axle at the rubber boot broke too. All the control arms an tie rods snapped or bent off. Im on a tight budget because of school but also need to fix my car FAST for school. I stumble across g35 sedan parts cars on CL all the time, but noones sure if the parts are compatible, any help would be appreciated thanks...
