Are S13 E and DE radiators interchangeable?

I found a 2-row radiator for an E, will it work with my DE?

Any other recommendations for a good, cheap 2-row radiator?

I think its the same besides the drain plug position.

Also my DE radiator had a condenser fan on the back which the E didn't have the brackets for. So I just used zip ties.
