I am looking at the FSM, and it is saying 10-12 ft lbs for the connecting rod bolts, + 60 degrees. Generally when you have a degree on a torque spec, it means that the bolt is torque to yield. I'm a cheap a**, and am wondering if I can reuse these bolts, or if I need to go buy some new bolts/studs. any of you builders know?

Absolutely do NOT reuse RB rod bolts. They will stretch. Order up a set of ARP's and enjoy the comfort of knowing they're right.
