are performance bushings any good?

i got a s14 and my rack and pinion bushings are baaaad, so i might as well do them all. i am looking at the hyper flex from energy suspension, does it prvoide a much better experience over stock and does that come with the rack and pinions bushings? if not where can i get the rack and pinion bushings? any other recomendations? and how much does installation usually cost? thanks!!
