Are outer tails interchangeable 2015 to 2016?

Need to buy a new pair of tails for my 2014 Sentra and I can't find a new pair on ebay for it, only singles (that may not match). I can find pairs for 2016 to 2018 all day long. My question is if the harness needs to be swapped if I change over?

I found those by looking up the OE part numbers in NissanPartsDeal.com (26550-3SG0A, 26555-3SG0A) and putting "26550-3SG0A pair" in the eBay search bar. You're always better off shopping by way of the OE part number than MMY, even for stuff like taillights and body parts.
