Are Nismo Motor & transmission Mounts worth it???

Right now I have a 90 coupe Im swapping a DOHC into an im sure youve all noticed how much the engine torques when you rev. So I was wondering since the motors out should I go ahead an replace the motor mounts with OEM or Nismo ones? I heard the Nismo ones sit a bit higher. Anyone with these in there car what do you think about them?

You dont want nismo mounts with the KA, it will sit too high.

Yea I just talked to the Sales rep there, they dont have one for the KA yet but it will be out next week. So Im definatly gettin half as much as motor mounts too. Should I still upgrade the stock motor mounts or should this thing be fine?

I dont own one yet, but if nismo motor mounts arent an option.. than this combined with a new transmission mount would be the next best option... I would think..?

does the Torque damper get in the way of Strut tower bars????? i have the eBay ones that look just like Cuscos and i am interested in getting one(in about a week lol ) and i would rather keep my strut bars than have that hehe

I was lookin at some on cars an it goes under the strut tower bar so it should work fine.

Or, fill your transmission mount with silicone sealant, then make up a solid engine brace out of mild steel and an extra stb mount At least, if you dont mind your car vibrating a lot...

not to sure but will the toruge damper get in the way of t3/to4e turbo? the turbo is sitting on top of manifold?

the dampener might go from the other side so you wont have to worry bout it. Just wait a week an we'll find out.
