Murano's are good!

I would definatly look more towards the newer models though - I've heard talk of the CVT dying out on the other ones (03, 04 etc), but the newer ones (07+) have a revised version that Nissan has been putting out on all of their new vehicles (altima, maxima, etc).

The AWD is awesome! Especially if you get the VDC as well, I would strongly recommend it if you get snow and ice! You will be very happy with the handling of the Murano, and there is a lot of space inside as well!

I recently bought an '04 SE. I did a lot of reserch on all sorts of mid-sized SUV's and the Murano came out on top. I definitly didn't want something super boxy, which is just about everything, so the styling of the Murano was important.
