are lifters a mission?

i think my lifters are crapping out. i was thinking of getting those adjustable solid lifters from hybridka.com. are lifters a mission to put in and adjust? also are these worth getting?

taking them off and putting them back on (if you arent stupid and dont put them in the order in which they came off) might take all of 10 minuets and thats adding a 3 minuet break for a beer and a 2 minuet phone call
