Are KA24e Parts hard to Find?

I see a lot of parts offered for ka24de engines, but not as many for the ka24e engines. Are these engine parts out dated?

I have a 91 d21 PU, with a ka24e sohc engine. The cam cracked at the sprocket pin. I need a used stock cam and a new timing chain set. I would like to know what years and models interchange. Also where to get the parts at a reasonable price. I saw dual ohc for $30 a set, wish they were sohc ! Thanks in advance!

it is an older model engine, but a lot of people have spent the time, me included, searching for stock and or performance parts. They are out there, but due to the popularity of the other engines models, ie de, sr, vq, it isn't really worth stocking. Lemme know what you need and i can point you to some websites i found.
