I was under the impression that they were not the same. I've always heard that the "91 cams are the most aggessive that Nissan made" but I don't know if that's true just for the 240 or for any 91 KA24DE.

Also, I'm not sure if the 91 cams were used from 91 until the end of the model line. Sorry that this doesn't help!!
