Are all ka24de's the same?

I was wondering if there was any difference between my 240sx's ka24de and like...an altimas ka24de? What all cars have ka24de's in em? im thinkin about getting a low mileage replacement from a yard and i was wondering if theres any other information i need to know about.... Thanks
