Are All GT Turbo's Water Cooled?

Or can you get like a GT3071R without water cooling?

IM sure if the turbo is both oil and water cooled you dont have to run the water cooled portion but I would recommend it cause the turbo will brea down faster.

if the turbo has a water jacket for coolant then the turbo MUST have coolant through it otherwise the turbo will die extremely fast.

They are designed and engineered with that coolant in mind. You take that out of the equation and all the wear, stress accelerate.

If the turbo was designed without waterjacket then obviously its not necessary.
