Are all glove boxes illuminated?

Seems like a silly question but I thought my Versas glove box did not come with a light. After taking apart my glove box, I presume it should be lit and I have a bad bulb. Is that correct?

Regarding Glove Box Light... My 07 Sedan S has a glove box light. I believe it comes with the Power Package.

I found out... that the light only lights up with engine running. A little werid... but oh well...!

Mine is the S and I do have the power package. The glovebox light does work, just didn't know you had to have the car on as well as the lights. First car that ever did that.

On the S model with power package, glove box light will turn ON only if parking/headlights are ON also, engine running or NOT. Yeah, it's sort of unusual setup - perhaps a battery saving safety feature, ha ha.

Even without the power package is there a place for a light blub so I can put one in myself? I tried it yesterday car on lights on....no light in glovebox.
