Are all ball joints created equal ?

My pathfinder 99 3.3 is in need of front suspension new parts.

I need 2 ball joints, 2 sway link, and two new front bearing.I am a little short in money so I'll begin with ball joints.

At the garage the guy want to install TRIPLE5 parts at 87 $ each the same than the dealership. But the dealer didn't have it right now and i'm leaving tomorrow so I can't wait.

Just for fun I check at AUTOPARTSWAY AND i have different parts availableat only 40$ to 50$ each. Brands are CTR and JAPAN.

So for future parts I want to buy them online and have them installed.

But is there a way to know if a part is good enough to be worn by my truck.

Because half price is good but half quality is bad !

So if there is a site to comment craftmanship or quality of a part please let me know.
