My 89 coupe has no rear windshield wiper.... it does have the stock black foam spoiler, but it's ok, it goes good with my bright red paint and black tires

I like both coupes and fastbacks! But coupes + driver = sexy!

the coupes are far stiffer than the fastbacks, and lighter, giving them better handling. and the 97-98 S14 is by far the sexiest

I like hatches (even tho coupes are sexier) but I dont know of another car that looks like a coupe but a ford probe sure has a close resembalance to a hatch, i have people at school asking the hatch owner if it is a probe. I feel sorry for him

coupe coupe coupe! I gots me an 89 coupe, I like it.. I also have a 90 hatch, its o.k. people who have 89 coupes with CA18DET's about to be swapped in are the coolest.

but, everyone knows that the really sexy, ultra cool people drive not S13's, not S14's or even S15's, they all drive S30's. 240Z represent!

I found on the Consumer Reports website, I think the convertibles started in 92 but they could have been "AS" 93 models........Even though I dont have mine yet SI3 Coupes are definitely much more sleeker and sexier.

Year-to-Year Changes

1991: A more potent twin-cam, 16-valve 4-cylinder engine arrived for 1991, as a new LE hatchback replaced the XE. Essentially the SE hatchback with leather upholstery and air conditioning, the LE was the highest-priced 240SX model. The lineup also included hatchbacks and notchbacks in base and SE trim. With new sequential fuel injection, the '91 engine developed 155 horsepower--15 more than before. All coupes got a new nose with an integrated bumper. Antilock braking, previously optional only on the SE hatchback, now could be installed on the LS.

1992: A convertible debuted during 1992 in "Limited Edition" trim with a rear spoiler, automatic transmission, and power top, windows, and door locks. Otherwise, changes were minimal except for eliminating available antilock braking on the LE model.

1993: Not much change marked the 1993 models, but the leather-upholstered LE hatchback was gone.

1994: An SE convertible was the sole body style offered for '94, unchanged except for a new "cherry red pearl" color choice.

Im just a coupe person. I'd rather have a coupe over a hatch/fastback anything, excluding old mustangs 73-65, and prob. a couple other cars. Mostly I like the coupes though. not knocking hatch cars. they still look really good but something bout that trunk really gets me.

I've been looking for a place to put this, and now i found one. I went to the junk yard monday, and after trying to find some stuff for my 91, i stumbled across a 95 SE. I saw the rear end was still in tact, so i asked the people how much they watned for it. And they said they didnt know what model it was. I told them they only made a coupe from 95-98, AND THEY SAID NO!! they said i was wrong!!! "this thing is well researched. its right" as she pointed to the PC. i just kinda laughed and waited for her to find a price. they were going to charge me $350 for a diff that might or might not have been a LSD. i just kinda laughed and walked off. oh, and I dig the hatchbacks. meanest looking of them all.
