I did a search and didn't find a definitive answer. Can I use a 96 ECU in a 95 240sx? I know that 97 and 98 are the same and 96's can be used with 97-98 after moving 3 wires.

well there is an exception with the 95's. The early production made 95's have OBDI, then some latter production 95's have OBDII's. You can check by the o2 sensor on your manifold. It's the plug. If it has 1 wire, OBDI, 3 wires, OBDII.
