Are 4th and 5th gen Maxima wheels compatible/swappable?

i'm planning to swap some wheels off my 2000 maxima for wheels from a '97 maxima . lug distance is identical and offset is within 5mm- just wanna make 100% sure everything will fit.

The lug pattern is exactly the same. There is a 5mm difference in the offset, but that will hardly be noticable.

They'll interchange without the slightest problem.
