Approximate amount for box liner?

Just seeking a little advice here. I found a nice pickup box liner which would be great for hiding those rust-gashes that are in the bed of my truck and stopping them from getting much worse. However the guy wants $200 OBO for it - is this a reasonable price for a piece of plastic? I think not... but just seeking your opinion before I ask about it.

(My locale is Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. If anyone has a spare one going for $50 or less, I'm definitely interested!)
