I have seen and sat in this car in person. I was at CES last year, but haven't seen them redo it this year. From what i understand they only changed a few components around, but main fiberglass/bodywork is the same. It was worth every penny. The main two installers who worked on this are some of the best in the country and probably the world. These guys get paid the big bucks because only they can do this. I am a merchanidser for Kenwood USA, and I am friends with the Alpine reps for the Mid-atlantic region, we often go to shows together, they usually have the Expedition on the East Coast here, usually in Boston, I do not believe that RSX was ever on the East coast, it mainly stays out west. Every manfucturer should spend as much money as the can to have the best show car out there. This does more promotion and advertising than any commercial, or magazine/mail ad they could send out. You should see the JL VW GTI. They have about $80,000 into that car, and it looks nice but doesn't come close to the Alpine RSX. The paint job alone was $20,000 on the RSX. You woudln't believe the details on that thing.
