i was wondering what everyone though about the apexi ws coilovers vs a really good set of used tein coilovers (i think they are rebuildable, right?). It is for my s13 that i take dragging every once and a while and i will be drifting come march.

thanks for any imput!

WS coilovers will suck for drifting, they arent adjsutable enough to facilitate a good drift setup, and the type of TEIN coilover you select will be very key if it works well or not.

why, since it appears your on a low budget, not just get a set of KYB AGX shocks and a set of TEIN or eibach springs or the like? that way you gain some adjustability, and keep the costs down.-chet

Apexi WS's stink. Tein's are rebuildable, but you cannot buy parts seperately. I agree with Chet, if you are on a budget get springs and struts.

Due to the roads around here I am switching from WS's to Tein springs. As much as I hate doing it...for my area, coilovers are just not feasable for daily driving. I dunno, something else to take into consideration.
