I just installed my apexi "pen" turbo timer and I have to wait for the timer to cut off be4 I can get the key lock to release the key. Since the whole point of having a turbo timer is so you can leave the car and walk away this makes having it kinda pointless. When they sold it to me they sold me an HKS harness that pluged right up so I didn't have to fool with the wiring in the ignition. I believe I got it from enjuku and they told me the HKS harness was compatable. My question is: do you have to disable the key lock with these things or is there a set of wires that can be jumped in order to get the key out while the timer is running?
